The Story Of How Rookie met Maddy (Part 1)

It was a cold Holloween night. The streets were as dark as the midnight sky. Rookie was out late, doing a mission in the forest, behind the mountains; He wasn't safe. Spooky sound echoed through out the land, a blanket of cold wrapped Rookie up... He thought to himself: What am I even doing? An uncomfortable feeling hung in the air. Suddenly, a roar screamed right behind him; there it was... Sharps claws used as daggers. Black bulging eyes. White fur all over his chubby body: it was the one and only, Herbert Percival Bear. "We'll, well, well... Isn't it the fool wondering around the woods, alone," stated Herbert. "Looks like you're done for." Rookie didn't say anything; he just froze there like a statue. The same words repeated through this head: Looks like you're done for... He looked Herbert in the eye, then sprinted off.
